Q: How do the Diapertapes work?
A: You simply have to stick a bit of our Diapertapes to the preferred spot on the front of your diaper and your boring adult disposable diaper is transformed into a real ABDL diaper or sissy nappy with beautiful, authentic and cute baby prints! And this is how it looks like.

Q: Can I use Diapertapes on a diaper without plastic backing?
A: Basically yes, although the Diapertapes won't stick very well on a fabric/material surface and it is possible that the diaper cannot be closed, because velcro for example doesn't adhere to the tapes’ surface.

Q: Where can I order Diapertapes?

A: At the moment our Diapertapes can be ordered from our website, from Fancy Basle (Switzerland) and from some of our partners.

Q: How do I order?
A: First choose the shipping rate according to the shipping country and the desired amount of tapes. Then choose the desired tape on our product page and click the "Add to cart"-button to place the tape in the shopping basket. Then adjust the amount in your shopping basket. You have to choose the shipping rate and the amount of desired tapes only once when you order more than one roll or various types of diapertape. Otherwise we cannot fulfill your order correctly and it will cause inconveniences for everybody included. If you want to order more than 6 pces. please contact us.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We transact the payment with the online payment service PayPal. So you can pay easily and safe with your credit card or with your PayPal account.

Q: Does "Diapertapes.ch / .com" appear on the billing information of my credit card?
A: No. On your billing information our company will be named AB-P. This way no delicate information will appear and your privacy will be protected.

Q: I do not have a credit card, how can I order something from Diapertapes.ch / .com?

A: Please contact us, we will try to find an alternative payment method.

Q: Is privacy guaranteed?
A: Of course. We use your personal information for the fulfillment of your order only. We do not sell, rent or loan any of your personal information to any third party nor do we use it for commercial uses. For further information see our general trading conditions.

Q: To which countries do you ship?
A: We ship our articles worldwide, with "Swiss Post Economy", which is the most cost-effective way. Shipping rates are as follows:

Switzerland CHF 7.- (for max. 6 pces.)
Europe CHF 9.50.- (for 1 pce.)
Europe CHF 12.50.- (for 2-3 pces.)
Europe CHF 24.- (for 4-6 pces.)
All other countries CHF 12.- (for 1 pce.)
All other countries CHF 18.- (for 2-3 pces.)
All other countries CHF 32.- (for 4-6 pces.)


Q: Do you ship to P.O.boxes?
A: Yes, we do ship to P.O.boxes.

Q: How is the article shipped?
A: We always ship the article in neutral packaging and without any references to Diapertapes.ch / .com or to the purpose of the tapes. The sender is "AB-P Company, Switzerland". Shipments to other countries than Switzerland must be declared for the customs office. Such declarations will be formulated neutrally and may read for example "artists tape" or "design tape".

Q: Are there any additional costs?

A: When the article is shipped to another country than Switzerland, customs may charge an import fee. The fee may vary depending on the value of the article and on the importing country. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Q: How long does it take until I receive my ordered article?
A: All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 work days (with the exception of holidays). Depending on the destination/country the delivery time may vary from a few days (Europe) to several weeks in the worst case, depending on the postal service of the respective country. We cannot give you binding information on this subject. We will send you an e-mail, as soon as the article has been shipped. You'll find more information about delivery times depending on your country on the website from Swiss Post.

Q: How do I know, when my article has been shipped?
A: Immediately after dispatching the ordered article, we send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my parcel?
A: Unfortunately this service is unavailable for some parcels to other countries than Switzerland because "Swiss Post" does not support this yet and there would be additional costs for it. But at the moment we are not able to provide you with a tracking number for domestic parcels either because of logistical reasons and the volume of our shipments. We're grateful for your understanding! You'll find more information about delivery times depending on your country on the website from Swiss Post.

Q: My articles have arrived in a damaged condition, what can I do?
A: We guarantee that the article leaves our premises in perfect condition. If however the merchandise was damaged during the shipment, please contact us, we will try to find a satisfying solution.

Q: Can I return my article or exchange it for another?
A: The tapes are excluded from exchange or return, except in the case of manufacturing defects, transportation damages or wrong delivery. In this case we will send you a free compensation.
